I rarely post reviews and almost never 5 star. This one was close. I’ve been using AFI for many years. It started with them helping me get health insurance. Being a small business owner I was responsible for my own insurance and because people on their staff had experience with this I was able to get health insurance even though I had pre-existing conditions and the Affordable Care Act was way in the future. Since then they have helped me with all my insurance needs—home, auto, umbrella and business. Because they work with many companies they really can compare and contrast what policies are out there and which are best for my situation. I’ve rarely, if ever, had a claim so maybe that’s why a 4 star instead of a 5. I think when you have a claim that’s when you can really tell when your insurance agency is working hard and that just hasn’t happened yet. But I do trust their advice and know they have my back.
